Game Modes

To amplify the lifespan of the game and satisfy all the tastes, I want to add different modes. The main modes will be the Story Mode & the Exploration Mode, these will be PVE and can be played in Single Mode or Coop. Then the game will have a PVP mode similar to Ghost Recon Phantom, where players need to conquest and defend points and do some determinate extra actions inside the point to gain more tickets than the other team in the time given.
Even when all modes can be played in single or in coop, the story mode is more meant for the single players and the exploration mode more for the players that want to enjoy a coop game.

Story Mode & Tutorial

I will use the story mode as a tutorial. The missions will help the players to live the story while they are learning all the mechanics.

The Story Mode is situated in different years and each one will tell one part of Jacob’s Story and will unlock the different mechanics and equipment:

Exploration Mode & The Outskirts

The Exploration Mode & the Outskirts will be unlocked after Story Mode, in 1990. In this mode, players will unlock more weapons, upgrades, and abilities and will be able to explore all the years and build the Outskirts Base.

This mode is important to allow the players to enjoy the map with complete freedom. We will be in this mode where we can add all the expansions that we want.

Exploration Mode & The Outskirts

The Exploration Mode & the Outskirts will be unlocked after Story Mode, in 1990. In this mode, players will unlock more weapons, upgrades, and abilities and will be able to explore all the years and build the Outskirts Base.

This mode is important to allow the players to enjoy the map with complete freedom. We will be in this mode where we can add all the expansions that we want.

Cooperative Mode · 2 Players

HOW WILL THE PLAYERS SPLIT THE REWARDS?

The rewards will be individual, even the loot boxes, and the rest of the loot (like in The Division 2).

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF THE PLAYERS DIES OR FALLS?

Even in coop, will no death. When the players die in coop will be transported to the last checkpoint.

WILL YOU ALLOW YOUR PLAYERS TO TALK OR EXPRESS THEMSELVES IN SOME WAY?

Players will be able to interact with each other in different ways.

  • Diary System with emoji
  • Mic
CAN PLAYERS HAVE THEIR PARTNERS?

Yes, each player can play with a partner extra and their own PPS.

DIFFICULTY IN COOP?

When the players play in coop the enemies will level up (like in Borderlands), that way the game will be always balanced.

PVP · 6 Vs. 6

The PVP will a conquest type of gameplay that will be situated on the 1990 map in different sections that will make that each match is different. For example, we can use the abandoned city of Navia, Corvo village, or the Subway tunnels. Players will cooperate in a team of 4 to conquest and defend the different points before the time is over. The goal is to get 600 points before that the time is over. To get those points, players need to kill, conquest, defend, and do extra activities, like liberate hostages or recover supplies. These activities will change with the map. For example, in Corvo, players need to liberate hostages, take them to an extraction point, defending them from the enemy team. In the maps will surprises for the players, like aggressive NPCs or bombs that can be deployed. Will be medium-fast matches, will be highly cooperative, competitive, and strategic.

The teams will be formed by:

  • Sniper or Recon.
    • Will recon the terrain.
    • Low resistance and high damage.
    • Weapons will be Sniper, Knife, and Guns.
    • Their PPS will have a screen with a Heartbeat Scanner.
  • Specialist or Assassin
    • Faster and agile. The killer of the team.
    • Low resistance and high damage.
    • Weapons will be Melee, Guns, and Traps.
    • Their PPS will recon the terrain with the sonar.
  • Assault
    • Advance force.
    • Medium resistance and medium damage.
    • Weapons will be Assault Rifles, Guns and Grenades.
    • Their PPS will deploy 4 androids, each minute. The androids will have low resistance and medium damage.
  • Support
    • Defense and support.
    • High resistance and low damage.
    • Weapons will be Gun, Heavy, and Mounted Artillery.
    • Their PPS will deploy a shield around him or around a teammate. The shield will be big enough to protect two.

The characters that the players will use will be from the different factions, and they will be able to personalize them and their weapons with the skins that they earned in the normal mode.
